Bunbury Harness Track Lighting Upgrade
What was delivered:
Track Lighting Upgrade: Enhanced track lighting to ensure sufficient illumination for night racing.
Lighting Assessment: Completed an investigation report on the existing track lighting.
Scope and Design Documentation: Prepared and finalized the scope of works and design documentation, including managing the tender process.
Construction Work: Removal of existing track lighting masts and their structural footing bases. Built new footing bases to accommodate the installation of 18-meter-high lighting masts. Installed new lighting masts equipped with advanced track lights. Upgraded the site’s main switchboard, including provisions for generator connection.
Close-Out Report: Delivered a comprehensive close-out report as required by the client, summarizing the project’s completion and key outcomes.
Completion Date:
The works were completed on 23rd January 2024, one week ahead of schedule, demonstrating efficient project management and execution.
