  • Demolition and Refurbishment of 6 male and female ablution blocks including new tiles, bathroom fixtures, joinery, plumbing and electrical fit out.
  • Refurbishment of existing laundry facilities.
  • Construction of new camp kitchen.
  • Construction of new Outdoor BBQ alfresco area and shaded dining & playground areas.
  • 12 new powered caravan sites.

Challenges: Delivered during the cyclone season–Heavy floods affected transport routes.
16 week delivery timeframe.
