What was delivered:
- 360 Project services were engaged to support Racing and Wagering WA in expanding their Greyhounds as Pets Rehoming centre. Currently operating from a 20 kennel facility, a new facility was purchased, increasing their kennel qty to 48. The property required extensive remediation works to bring it in line with Racing and Wagering WA and Gap standards.
- 360 engaged and managed all associated surveying and design works, local shire approvals and managed each subcontractor individually to mitigate both time and costs on the remediation works.
- The outcome was successful with greyhounds occupying the new kennels 6 months from commencement on site.
- Acquiring a suitable property in nearby proximity to the existing Greyhound as Pets
- Full design management to refurbish the site up to GAP and Racing and Wagering WA standards including:
- – full site and property clearance
- – new boundary fences
- – pest treatment, seal and insulation to existing kennel block
- – new air conditioning and ventilation to kennel block
- – new toilet yards, patios and shade structures throughout
- – new reticulation throughout the site
- Managing all council approvals and licenses associated with the works.
